Yes, the State requires a parent/legal guardian accompany minor on test.

If a parent/legal guardian is unable to go, they need to contact us before the test with the name of a licensed driver over the age of 21 that could go in their place. They are also required to send a note giving permission for that person to go on the test in their place.
